Law Offices of Dr Bruce. G Fagel & Associates – Three Cs To Help You Find The Best Attorney
Looking for the best attorney for your case is not always easy and there is a broad range of options for you out there. This is something which I was tasked with doing back in 2018, for a case which I won’t go into here. Needless to say I was incredibly surprised at how difficult it was for me to find the right fit. Thankfully however, as I sat in the law offices of Dr Bruce. G Fagel & Associates, I realized that I had found my match.
I have discovered that there are 3 Cs which you can consider when it comes to helping you find the best attorney. If you are in need of one, here is what you should be thinking about.
Case Specialization
Whilst most attorneys can certainly turn their attention to a wide array of cases, they are specialists for a reason. What will be important therefore is that you have an understanding of what your case is and where it falls under the legal umbrella. For example you can have family lawyers who deal with divorces, child custody and other inter-family issues. Alternatively you could have a corporate lawyer who will deal in business deals, class action suits and acquisitions. The key is to know what kind of lawyer you need, and then aim to find someone within that specialty.
Confidence and Comfort
Once you have found an attorney which you think could do a good job for you, the next step is to go and meet them and see what you feel afterwards. During this meeting you should be looking for the attorney to make you feel comfortable and for them to give you confidence. You should feel confident in what the attorney is saying around whether or not you have a case, and what they honestly believe could happen. If you don’t have this confidence and comfort now, then throughout the case you cannot expect anything to change.
Cost of The Service
The cost of the service will mainly come down to what you have to spend, because if you lose, it is on you. Beyond this however you have to focus on additional aspects such as what the actual cost of the service is up front, and what extra fees may be added on at the end. Most attorneys cannot tell you exactly what things will cost, and that is because of the fact that there are many factors and variables which will change this. What you should expect however is clear communication and clarity around what the potential costs could be to you going forward. If you get honesty and transparency in this way then you are at least going to know what is expected of you.
Follow these three Cs when you are looking for an attorney and you can ensure that you find the right fi for you and for your case.
